Each piece will naturally evolve with time — this subtle change is part of its story and character.

For unworn items, returns are accepted within 30 days from the date the customer receives the item or obtains the tracking number. Returns are only permitted under the following circumstances:

– Received the wrong item.
– Item arrived with damaged packaging.
– The product has significant defects.
– Unshipped for over a week.

The returned product(s) must be in the original packaging, safety wrapped, undamaged and unworn. This means that the item(s) must be safely packed in a carton box for protection during transport, possibly the same carton used to ship to you as a customer.

Note: Pearls are natural organic gemstones. Each pearl exhibits slight variations in color and size, and may inevitably contain growth imperfections and natural patterns. These characteristics do not qualify for return under the damaged goods policy.
